Organic Flu Shots
- 6 Kale Leaves
- 1/2 a Bunch of Parsley (Fresh)
- 1 Whole Cucumber
- 4 Celery Ribs (Sticks)
- 3 Small Apples (Red Delicious are my choice)
- 1/2 a Lemon
- If you want a little more kick add some minced fresh ginger!
Cold Flu Shot Recipe
- 6 Fresh organic Lemons
- 1 bulb organic Garlic
- 2 organic Ginger (like small garlic clove)
- 2 Tbsp. Honey (organic)
- 3 slices of organic Pineapple
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper powder
NOTE: take 1 cup 3-4 times a day until symptoms disappear.
Red Detox Juice
- 1 organic Carrot
- 1 organic red Apple
- 1/2 organic Beet
- 3 organic Celery ribs
- handful organic Parsley
- small organic Ginger
Fresh start cleanser
- 1 oz Wheatgrass juice
- 2 organic Carrots
- 2 organic Apples
- 1 stalk organic Celery
- 1 slice organic Beetroot
- 1/2 organic Cucumber
- 1 small piece ginger (like small clove of garlic)
